Playing with textures and experimenting with surfaces, I take acrylic mediums on a journey beyond canvases bringing botanical beauty to everyday life. I love how this medium offers endless possibilities for surfaces—from fabrics to book covers. There’s no limit to where art can take us.

Every time I travel, I make it a ritual to buy a local Vogue magazine—a way to capture the essence of fashion and culture in each place I visit. My trip to Dubai was no different. As I wandered through the airport, a striking red cover caught my eye. Inspired by its vibrancy, I decided to make it the canvas for my next painting. I layered glossy acrylic flowers in shades from soft orange to deep red. The interplay of thick, expressive brushstrokes against the sleek magazine surface creates a special contrast—where texture meets shine, and movement meets elegance—turning this Vogue Arabia cover into a fusion of fashion and fine art.
ELLE DECOR COVER
Wanting to stay updated on the latest décor trends, I picked up an Elle Decor magazine—only to realize it was their special 35th-anniversary edition. To celebrate this milestone of one of my favourite magazines, I transformed the cover into a canvas, painting my signature impasto flowers in vibrant hues. Inspired by the energy of early summer, I layered bold, textured strokes, blending art and design in a tribute to creativity, beauty, and the ever-evolving world of interiors.
WAITROSE TOTE
Bringing home a bouquet from my local Waitrose, I couldn’t help but admire the vibrant colours peeking out of the bag—an everyday moment that sparked inspiration. Seeing the tote as more than just a shopping essential, I transformed it into my next canvas. Using acrylic paint in shades that harmonize with Waitrose’s signature green, I layered bold impasto flowers, turning the bag into a unique and practical wearable artwork. A fusion of texture, colour, and function, this piece celebrates the beauty found in the simplest of routines.
FLORAL JACKET
Painting on denim jackets is a well-known practice in the art world, but for me, fashion is more than just a medium—it’s a way to communicate my vision. Travelling to Première Vision in the summer of 2024 to research trends and industry insights, I wanted to do more than just observe; I wanted to wear my portfolio. Looking at the jacket I had packed, I decided to hand-sew my signature flowers onto it, transforming it into a wearable canvas. Throughout the summer, it became my go-to piece—a statement, a conversation starter, and proof that when it comes to painting, no surface is off-limits.
HAVAIANAS GARDEN
There’s something about Havaianas that instantly makes me happy. Having lived in Brazil for over eight years before moving to London, this iconic footwear holds a special place in my heart—symbolizing freedom, vibrant prints, and a joyful colour palette. On a rare sunny day in London, as I reached for my favourite pair of classic yellow Havaianas, inspiration struck. I saw them not just as sandals, but as a canvas—transforming them into the foundation for a blooming garden. Layering vivid colours and organic forms, this artistic experiment became a celebration of movement, nature, and the carefree spirit that Havaianas embody.
ART MEETS NATURE
Blurring the boundaries between nature and art – holding a freshly painted chrysanthemum in my hand, I wondered where to use it. As the paint was drying, my eyes drifted to a charming bouquet on my table, and an idea sparked—I placed my painted flower among the real ones, blurring the line between the organic and the artistic. What started as an experiment became a playful photoshoot, capturing a flower that never wilts, and never fades—a bloom that exists beyond time, bridging reality and creativity in an endless cycle of beauty.
SPIRIT OF SUMMER TEDDY BEAR
My journey with textile teddy bears began in 2017, after graduating in Fashion Design, when I sought to give new life to leftover fabric scraps. For me, it’s the perfect blend of heritage craftsmanship and artistic expression. Since 2023, I’ve been pushing this further—transforming bears into works of art, experimenting with shapes, colours, and emotions, and always upcycling unused materials. Summer Garden was the first in this artistic series, inspired by early summer walks in London’s gardens, where yellow and white flowers peek through lush green leaves. Finding fabric in a matching palette in my studio, I took it a step further, painting over it with textured acrylics. The result—a comforting bear that is not just a keepsake, but a piece of art.
PURE JOY TEDDY BEAR
Staring at a piece of leftover white cotton fabric in my studio, I wondered how to bring it to life. Turning it into a canvas felt like the obvious choice, but this time, I wanted to capture something beyond form—a feeling, an energetic state of pure joy and high vibration. On a warm summer day, surrounded by plants and birds in my garden, I let intuition guide me. Bold, vibrant colours flowed naturally, creating an abstract expression of happiness. Once the painting was complete, the idea of a teddy bear felt like the perfect next step. Without hesitation, I cut the fabric and stitched it into a bear, adding impasto flowers for an extra touch of joy. The result—a piece that radiates warmth, playfulness, and the boundless creativity of the moment.
