After seeing Havaianas becoming the biggest Summer streetwear trend in Europe, I felt the need to create these illustrations as an homage to Brazilian style. With curated Pinterest boards and Instagrammable looks, I found myself missing the raw and spontaneous way I used to see flip-flops on the streets of Brazil. While Europe is experiencing a heatwave in July, across the ocean, mid-winter, nothing beats the urgency to add socks while wearing Havaianas on a chilly day.
